Psychotherapy can help you to get to the root of difficulties and to discover ways to become more self-aware, cope with complex emotions, and develop new skills to handle difficulties in a better way.

Difficulties may be defined as troubling behavioral patterns, past events, loneliness, sadness, loss, anger, worries, self-doubt or relationship problems.

To assist clients in reaching their goals, I use an integrative client-centered approach to treatment. At the beginning of an individual therapy, we will have an initial consultation in which we can discuss your reasons to consider psychotherapy and decide on the best way to proceed.

I work with most Dutch health insurance companies. In the Netherlands, psychological treatment is part of the basic package and covered by your health insurance. At the moment, it takes about 3 weeks to get a first appointment.

Unfortunately, I am not able to accept new patients till January 2019.
